| IMS has developed a project management team that has managed large ERP implementations and has acted as client "advocate" and project manager. In this role, we have managed the entire vendor selection process, from requirement gathering, RFI and RFP development, through vendor evaluation and selection, and vendor management, including entire outsourcing projects. Clients have realized that eventually the cost of mismanaging a project, or just inefficient management, is higher than the cost of paying for an "advocate" that will minimize risks. |
