IMS has developed a project management team that has managed large PeopleSoft implementations as well as acted as client “advocate” and project manager. We have managed entire vendor selection processes, from requirement gathering, RFI and RFP development, through vendor evaluation and selection, and vendor management, including entire outsourcing projects. IMS has acted on behalf of the client as advocate in managing not only the vendor selection process, but also the actual systems implementation process, bringing its experience in the ERP and custom system development and implementation fields to bear.
